Coppell Fire Department Administrative Division directs, manages and oversees a variety of administrative, strategic planning, resource management and fiscal functions for the department. The Administrative services personnel provide both external customer service to the public, but also internal customer service to the Fire Department.

Administrative Services Manager Linda Liebbe is in charge of preparing and managing the department budget, recruiting and supervising the work activities of support personnel, compiling and preparing the department's quarterly report, responding to open records requests, and performing many tasks related to office management.

Administrative Technician Barbara Bratton is responsible for clerical assistance to the chief officers and administrative staff by performing record-keeping tasks essential to the department, scheduling public requests for non-emergency services such as tours and first aid training, and ordering cleaning, office and medical supplies for the department.
