Rick Moore is the Director of Information Systems for the City of Coppell. The Director of Information Systems is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all aspects of the delivery of information systems technology to each division within the City, and to the citizens and business partners of Coppell.
 

Mr. Moore joined the city in 1997 as the Manager of Information Systems and was appointed director in 2001. He began his professional career in the public accounting field and has over twenty years experience in information technology working in the real estate, manufacturing and consulting industries within the private sector before becoming involved in public service. Mr. Moore is a past president of the Texas Association of Government IT Managers and has served on the TAGITM Executive Board for the past five years.
