Vivyon Bowman currently serves as the Director of Administration and Human Resources. He began his career with the City of Coppell in 1983 as an administrative intern through the North Central Texas Council of Government's Urban Fellowship Program for graduate studies. He is a certified professional through the International Personnel Management Association for Human Resources as well as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Bowman often works closely with the fraternity and participates in civic events including blood drives and events involving the risks and preventative measures associated with prostate cancer. He also mentors underprivileged children and promotes voter registration. He has been married for 19 years and has two children.
