The Traffic Control Division is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all pavement markings on public streets within the city limits including striping, lane marking, buttons, reflectors and directional arrows.

To report damage to pavement markings, call the Traffic Control Division at 972-462-5150 Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Reports can be filed electronically using this "Request for Service" link.  Select "Signs and Markings" on the drop-down menu.

Emergency situations after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends and holidays should be reported to the Coppell Police Dispatch at 972-304-3610.
