  • Citizen Committee Hosting Public Forum To Discuss Half-Cent Sales Tax

    The City of Coppell will host a public forum on Tues., May 21, beginning at 6 p.m. to receive citizen input regarding the half-cent sales tax collected for use by the Coppell Recreation and Development Corporation.

    Sunday May 19, 2013 marks the beginning of National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week and presents an opportunity to honor the men and women who deliver pre-hospital 9-1-1 emergency medical care throughout the United States. This vital public safety service is provided primarily by cross-trained, multi-role emergency responders who are based in our nation’s fire departments.

  • City Administrative Offices Closed in Observance of Memorial Holiday

    All City administrative offices, the William T. Cozby Public Library, Coppell Municipal Court, Parks administrative offices (now located at 255 Parkway Blvd., in Town Center), Coppell Senior and Community Center at Grapevine Springs, and the Animal Services Facility will be closed on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.

  • Health and Wellness Fair

    The Coppell Senior Center is sending this special invitation to join us at the CoppellSenior and Community Center, 345 W. Bethel Road, for a Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, June 5th, 10 am to 12 pm. A One-Miler Social Walk will kick off the Health and Wellness at 9:30am.

  • New Temporary Sign Rules Go Into Affect May 1

    It is not uncommon to see a sudden "crop" of temporary signs pop up each day at major intersections in Coppell.  Over the years, the signs have become unsightly and a source of litter.  Effective May 1, 2013, the City of Coppell will begin enforcing new rules for all temporary off-premise signs.
