When are City Council meetings held, and what time do they start?
Regular City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month (with the exception of June, November and December, when no meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday). A special called meeting can be scheduled as necessary. The starting time for all City Council meetings is 7:30 PM.
How do I know when City Council meetings are being held other than the regularly scheduled ones?
Agendas for all City Council meetings, both regular and special called, are posted 72 hours before the meeting. This agenda is posted on the bulletin board just inside the double doors at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd. You can also check the public documents portion of the website under the City Secretary parent directory, and navigating to the City Council Agendas folder for the proper year.
