City of Coppell Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

All City of Coppell administrative offices, Coppell Municipal Court, Coppell Animal Services, the Cozby Library and Community Commons and Rolling Oaks Memorial Center will be unavailable for appointments beginning at noon on Wednesday, November 25 through Friday, November 27, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Coppell Animal Services will resume current operating hours on Saturday, November 28. City administrative offices, the Cozby Library and Rolling Oaks Memorial Center will resume current operating hours on Monday, November 30.

Solid waste and bulk collection service will not occur on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26. Instead, Republic Services will collect garbage on Friday, November 27 and Friday collection will shift to Saturday.  Please have your garbage and bulk items at your regular collection point by 7 a.m.

Green Wednesday recycling and yard trimmings collection service on Wednesday, November 25 will be unaffected by the holiday. Please place your recycling carts and/or yard trimmings at your regular collection point by 7 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25.

The CORE will be closed Monday, November 23 through Friday, November 27. The CORE will resume current operating hours on Saturday, November 28.

Wagon Wheel Tennis Center will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25 and remain closed through Friday, November 27.  The center will resume current operating hours on Saturday, November 28.

The Biodiversity Education Center will close at noon on Wednesday, November 25 and remain closed through Friday, November 27.  The center will resume current operating hours on Saturday, November 28.

The final meeting of the Coppell City Council for 2020 will occur on Tuesday, December 8. Regular meetings of the city council are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month and will resume their regular schedule in January 2021.
