Coppell Women's Club

The Coppell Women's Club will feature Tiffany Riley, professional clown and co-director of a nationwide therapeutic clowning program for children at our October meeting. Tiffany and her husband are co-directors of a nationwide medical clowning program for hospitalized children. Please join us on October 4th at 9:30 am for social time and for the program and meeting beginning at 10:00 am. The meeting is held at North Lake College on West Sandy Lake Road.

The Little Foxes

A Southern family in the 1900s conspires to bring a cotton mill to their town, but their aspirations don't include the welfare of their community. Twited family relations, greed and underhanded deals are rampant in this classic Lillian Hellman drama, which was made famous by the movie starring Bette Davis.

Performances are Friday and Saturdays at 8:00 pm; Sundays at 2:30 pm. Reservations are available at TheatreCoppell.com or by calling 972-745-7719.​​

Farm to Table Dinner
October 14  |   6:00 - 9:00 pm   |   Coppell Farmers Market

For this SOLD OUT event one hundred twenty dinner guests are treated to a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. The six course dinner features ingredients sourced from our market's farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers. Ticket sale proceeds will support the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP Benefits) at the market, along with additional promotion of the Coppell Farmers Market.

CHS Cheerleaders – Football Cheer Clinic
October 15  |   1:00 – 3:30 pm   |   Coppell High School – Big Gym

The NCA National Champion and Aloha Spirit International High School Champion Coppell High School Cheerleaders will hold their annual Cheer Clinic for ages Pre-K through 8th grade on Saturday, October 15th at Coppell High School in the large gym. The clinic will begin at 1:00pm and conclude at 3:30pm. The girls will learn cheers, chants and a dance routine that they will perform on the field on Friday, October 20th before the Varsity home football game. Valeria White Real Estate is the Grand Platinum Sponsor for this event.

This clinic is always a favorite for CHS cheerleaders because of the time they get to spend with the younger girls in the community. Get your registration in early! Food Day for Kids 

October 21  |   8:00 am – 12:00 pm   |   Coppell Farmers Market

Food Day for Kids will bring kid-oriented activities like Cathy's Critters' petting zoo, Stump the Chef, cooking demonstration, make & take crafts, and more. Participating children will receive $3 in market spending money while funds last. This event is a way of teaching young learners the importance of food and farming in our daily lives.

FCNP Guest Lecture – Animal Adventures
October 21  |   10:00 am – 12:00 pm   |  Biodiversity Education Center


Brought to the Biodiversity Education Center by the Dallas Zoo, this interactive program features animals from around the world. The Dallas Zoo is home to over 400 species and more than 2,000 animals. Family-oriented and designed to enhance school curriculum this program features six to eight educational animals including a variety of birds, mammals, and reptiles! Admission is free.

Festival of Arts

In partnership with the Coppell Farmers Market the Coppell Arts Council orchestrates two community festivals each year. The purpose of each festival is to introduce the community to local artisans, vendors and performers. Come visit local artisan booths, experience live performances from local groups and participate in interactive art projects with CISD Art Teachers.

Scare in the Square for Kids

Dress the kids in their spookiest costumes and stop by participating businesses in Old Town Coppell, 768 W. Main St., for some trick-or-treating.

Trunk or Treat

Join us for what is SURE to be a family-friendly, safe, and fun evening! 

Trunk or Treat is a safe and fun way for kids to trick-or-treat. Vehicle trunks are decorated and kids go from parked car to parked car collecting candy and playing carnival games. From 5:00-7:00pm, we'll have car trunks decorated, carnival games, Face Painting, Hotdogs, and CANDY and treats GALORE! Fun for children of all ages from 0-99!
