The Coppell National Night Out (NNO) 2011 program has been awarded first place in the nation, in the population category of 15,000 to 49,999, by the National Association of Town Watch, the creators of NNO.  Because of your commitment to your community and great participation, Coppell is ranked number one in the nation and in Texas.  This makes the third time Coppell has won the top spot in the last six years and the sixth straight year holding the number one spot in Texas.  This is also the 20th straight year the City has won a national award.

This is a remarkable achievement for the communiy and the citizens who participate in this great event.  NNO brings neighbors together, strengthens neighborhood spirit, generates participation in anti-crime programs, and sends a message to criminals that neighborhoods are fighting back against crime.
