The Senior and Community Center is glad to accommodate the community for after hour rentals or meetings in the facility.

The following is a list of the rooms and rates that are offered.

Activity Room                

Members             $55/hour
Capacity = 24 Non-Members $60/hour
  Non-Residents $65/hour

 

 

Arts & Crafts Room        Members             $55/hour
Capacity = 15 Non-Members $60/hour
  Non-Residents $65/hour

 

 

Multipurpose A               Members             $90/hour
Capacity = 95 Non-Members $100/hour
  Non-Residents $110/hour

 

 

Multipurpose B               Members            $55/hour
Capacity = 45 Non-Members $60/hour
  Non-Residents $65/hour

 

 

Multipurpose A & B        Members            $105/hour
Capacity = 140 Non-Members $115/hour
  Non-Residents $125/hour

 

 

Kitchen                           Members            $30/hour
Capacity = 5 Non-Members $35/hour
  Non-Residents $40/hour

  

Security:

In accordance with the Facility Reservation Policies (Section 13, pg 6), the city reserves the right to determine the need for police and/or fire security at an event. Under most situations, security will be required for any activities involving 100 people or more and any time the City determines there is a high risk involved with an event. Renter will be responsible for security expenses which will be paid directly to the security personnel prior to the start of the event. All security used in the facility will be arranged through and provided by the Coppell Police Department.

Security Fees:   $50 hr/ 2 hr minimum          
  $45 hr/ 3 hr minimum
  $40 hr/ 4 hr minimum

 

Renters must receive a Police Officer Booking Form from the Coppell Senior and Community Center (CSCC). It is the Renters responsibility to contact Captain Tony Pletcher at 972-304-7085, to schedule officers for their event. Once officers are scheduled please return the signed Police Officer Booking Form to the CSCC prior the event date. Payment to officers is due the night of the event and will be paid directly to the officer on duty. If fees are not paid in full when the event starts, the rental will be canceled

and Renter forfeits all fees paid.
