The applicant is responsible for coordinating pick-up and drop-off of the trailer with City Staff. The group using the Tool Lending Trailer assumes responsibility for the trailer and its contents from the time they receive it until it is returned to the city. All members of the organization of neighborhood that will be using the trailer contents must sign and return the Tool Lending Program User Release form.
