Group Exercise Classes

The CORE offers a variety of group exercise classes for different levels, interests, and needs, all featured under the categories of Aquatic Fitness, Cardio, Dance, Strength, and Wellness. Aquatic Fitness

Aquacise

A swimming blend of cardio and resistance training incorporating resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.

H2O Extreme

Enjoy a high intensity, low impact cardio workout with resistance. Improve your stamina and balance with less soreness. This water challenge will absorb dynamic movements reaching above and below the surface.

Senior Aquafit 

Jump, jive, and feel alive as you dive into the party. Cruise along with creative choreography utilizing all types of props for strength training and cardiovascular fitness.

Cardio

Beat Pilates

Get your heart “BEATING” to the music! This class focuses on strength and posture with an emphasis on your core. Use a balance ball, bender ball, weights, a Pilates ring, and drumsticks to crank up the energy.

Cardio Core

A mix of dynamic total body core stabilizing exercises with a focus on posture and cardiovascular endurance to get the blood flowing and heart rate elevated.

Cardio Sculpt

A blend of heart pumping intervals of moderate to high-intensity cardio and calisthenic exercises.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT for short, pushes the limits and leaves you feeling strong. This class provides a full-body workout designed to build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

HIIT-Lates

A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class targeted directly at burning calories, muscle sculpting, and core strength. This class builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular and core strength.

PiYo Live

Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout. Crank up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you shape and strengthen your body without equipment.

Spin

Focuses on endurance, strength, and recovery. This class uses a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel that is adjustable for different resistances.

Spin/BARRE Fusion

Rotating intervals of Spin and BARRE exercises. Class begins with 20 minutes of Spin drills, followed by a 20-minute series of standing BARRE, back on the bike for 10 minutes of Spin drills, and ends on the mat for a 10-minute series of BARRE. (Spin shoes are NOT recommended)

Spin Fusion Fitness

An indoor cycling class that increases lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Tabata 

A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that increases endurance, strength and speed while encouraging weight loss.

Dance

Afro‐Caribbean

Embrace the soulful, textured movements of international dance with the sounds of Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Afrobeats, and Latin music in this fun-filled dance fitness class.

Belly/Latin Fusion

A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective dance workout.

Bollywood

A fun, 60-minute high-energy fitness class! Perform dynamic folk dance and contemporary Bollywood movements while listening to the hottest music from all over India.

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba & Abs

Additional resistance is added to focus on building your abdominal muscles!

Zumba Toning

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Strength

Bootcamp

A different experience every class! Each class will challenge you, burn calories, ramp up your metabolism, ignite your energy, and improve your outlook on life! (Modifiable for exercisers of all levels)

Functional Training

A comprehensive strength training class that utilizes TRX straps, RIP trainers, Bosu balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, battling ropes, and dumbbells.

Pilates

Strengthen your core by energizing and toning your powerhouse muscles - abs, back and glutes. Movements help increase the health, flexibility, and stability of the spine while training muscles to work together, improving efficiency of movement, leading to improved posture and overall strength. This class utilizes light weights, bands, and cardio.

Power Flex

Crank up with 45 minutes of cardio, strength training, and balance exercise intervals followed by 15 minutes of yoga to help you unwind and recover.

RIP

A ‘Fitness on Demand (FOD)’ full body strength training workout utilizing a variety of strength equipment.

STRONG Nation

Stop counting reps and start training to the beat! STRONG Nation® is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that combines martial arts, body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training. All moves are synced to original music and can be customized to match your individual fitness level.

TRX

A comprehensive full-body circuit class that focuses on building strength using TRX suspension straps, medicine balls, RIP trainers, and various other equipment.  

Wellness

Balance and Strength (50+)

A full-body workout designed for those in the 50+ age group. All exercises are geared towards improving cardiovascular strength, balance, and mobility. (Modifiable for exercisers of all levels)

Core Flex

Focus on core stabilization while also working individual muscle groups. All movements are integrated with balance, strength, and flexibility.

Meditation/Stretch/Foam Roll

A low-key and relaxing class that uses guided breathing and meditation to stretch and work the muscles for recovery after a workout, or just for relaxation.

Stretch and Recover

A series of recovery stretches to improve flexibility, range of motion, balance, and posture. This class is modifiable for all fitness recovery needs.

Yin Yoga

Slower, more meditative, and longer-held poses encourage mind and body connection. This class targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones while aiding in stress relief, improved breathing, mental focus, balance, and flexibility.

Yoga • Flow 

A fluid sequence of yoga postures using your breath, mind, and body to move at a moderate pace. Build balance, strength, flexibility, calmness, and confidence.

Yoga • Hatha

A series of static sequenced yoga postures held for 45-60 seconds. Build balance, endurance, flexibility, stamina, strength, and increase range of motion.

Yoga • Power Vinyasa Flow 

A mind and body experience that improves your flexibility, enhances muscle tone, and increases muscular strength.

Yoga • Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic Yoga class with an emphasis on breathing/body movement and body control through pose transitions.

Yoga 360

A combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on meditation and relaxation movements to elongate your muscles and relieve tension.

Yoga Mix

This class combines a variety of different yoga styles to improve your body’s posture, flexibility and improve your breathing.
