Members

The Board is comprised of seven regular voting members, two alternate non-voting members, and two youth advisors. Youth advisors are in the seventh through eleventh grade and provide a distinct and valuable youth-focus to the Board.

About the Board

The Parks and Recreation Board was created for the purpose of advising both the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Department regarding the planning and development of park and recreational facilities, regulations governing their use, and recommending an annual update to the Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
