The CORE features a 3,300 square foot fitness room that offers cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

Live Virtual and In-Person group exercise classes are available. View the current class list.

  • In-Person Classes are available to Members and Non-Members. Pre-registration is not required.
  • Virtual classes are currently for Members only. Members receive a weekly email with class information and registration information. For more information, call the facility during the week at 972-304-7077.

Catherine wants her clients to achieve their fitness goals by helping them build a strong foundation in knowledge, form, and technique to achieve maximum results. She believes in training that increases both short-term and long-term health and wellness for each client.

Fitness Philosophy

Sharon is passionate about training and helping clients improve their quality of life by teaching them the importance of fitness. She trains all age groups from teens to senior citizens and creates fun personalized workouts. Sharon has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 1997 and a licensed massage therapist since 2004. She instructs the following classes: Core Flex, Spin / Barre, TRX, Barre Above, HIIT / Cardio & Strength.

Accessible Programming

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
