Due to the severe winter weather, all City of Coppell facilities will be closed to the public on Monday, February 15. City services are available on our website, and staff is available by phone and email. In case of emergency, dial 911. View Directory   

Trash & Recycling Service

There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Monday, February 15 for the safety of Republic Services employees and customers. Republic plans to shift collection by one day and resume service on Tuesday.

Parks & Recreation Facilities

Wagon Wheel Tennis Center 

The tennis center will remain closed while temperatures are at or below freezing. 

Biodiversity Education Center

The Biodiversity Education Center will be closed Monday, February 15. EcoExplorer on Tuesday, February 16, has been canceled. 

The CORE

The CORE will be closed Monday, February 15.

Coppell Arts Center

The Coppell Arts Center will be closed Monday, February 15.

Cozby Library & Community Commons

The library will be closed Monday, February 15. The library will contact patrons to reschedule appointments. 

Coppell Justice Center

Coppell Records Division

The Records Division will be closed on Monday, February 15. 

Coppell Animal Services

Coppell Animal Services will be closed Monday, February 15. 

Covid-19 Testing Location at Andy Brown Park Central

Due to severe weather conditions expected, all Texas Department of Emergency Management state-supported Covid-19 testing sites, including the location at Andy Brown Park Central, will be closed through Monday, February 15. These testing sites are expected to reopen on Tuesday, February 16.

Covid-19 Vaccination Operations

Operations at the Fair Park Covid-19 vaccination are also affected. The site will be closed through Monday, February 15. Visit the Dallas County Covid-19 vaccination website for more information.
