How to contact the City: On Saturday, February 20 and Sunday, February 21, the City's main line, 972-462-0022, will be answered by staff from 8 am – 5 pm. Beginning on Monday, February 22, this number will be answered by Town Center staff during normal business hours only. Residents in need of water shut off can call Coppell Public Works 24/7 at 972-462-5155. Additionally, residents can call the non-emergency line at 469-289-3270. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
Trash & Recycling Service
Residential service is expected to resume on Monday. For more information, please contact Republic Services at 972-492-3888.

The CORE is OPEN to the public as a warming center and water bottle distribution point for those without water.
Coppell Justice Center
Coppell Municipal Court
The Coppell Municipal Court is closed. Virtual court is still being held. If you are scheduled for court and are having connection issues please email the court. The Court will approve resets due to power and connectivity issues. The court will assess the weather issues on a daily basis, if you have an appointment this week please contact the court before coming to your appointment due to potential closures. If you have citations due while the court is closed due to weather, you will be provided opportunities to handle citations once the court reopens without penalty.
Covid-19 Testing Location at Andy Brown Park Central
All Texas Department of Emergency Management state-supported Covid-19 testing sites, including the location at Andy Brown Park Central, are closed.
Covid-19 Vaccination Operations
Dallas County’s Fair Park vaccine operations will resume on Sunday, February 21 from 1-6 pm. Dallas County will be providing second doses to those who were due for their second dose on or before Friday, February 12. If you last name starts with the letters A-M, the County asks that you arrive between 1 – 3:30 pm on Sunday. If your last name starts with the letters N-Z, please arrive between 3:30 – 6 pm.
On Monday, February 22, Fair Park will be open from 8 am – 5 pm and providing second doses to those due on or before Saturday, February 13. For those arriving on Monday, please plan to come around the same time you received your first dose.
