[ARCHIVED] City to Install Kiosk for Utility Bill and Permit Payments

The City of Coppell is making it even easier to pay utility bills and permit fees! In an effort to provide convenient services to residents, the City is installing a payment kiosk in the parking lot of Town Center, 255 E Parkway Boulevard. The kiosk will be available 24/7 and will allow for cash, check and credit/debit card payments for permits and utility bills. The kiosk will replace the bill payment drop box and will provide residents with a more secure way to pay for City services.

Kiosk installation is expected to take three weeks to complete. The City hopes that the kiosk will be installed and available for use by Monday, May 3.

Residents who wish to drop their utility bill payment in the drop box outside of Town Center will be able to do so while the kiosk is being installed. During construction, the Library book drop immediately adjacent to the kiosk site/old drop box should be used for utility payments as well as book returns. Signage is in place for user convenience.
