The City of Coppell is providing its residents another way to connect with their community through the new City of Coppell mobile application. Designed with ease in mind, the app puts City services and website favorites at the fingertips of residents and visitors allowing them to keep in touch, stay informed and get things done quickly while on the go.

With information pulled directly from the City of Coppell’s robust and informative website, the app delivers a custom user experience based on the user’s location, settings and personal preferences. Residents can easily pay bills and fees, check out the City calendar, set up news alerts, browse the library catalog and more with one tap on the app.

“Helping our residents stay connected, engaged and informed is always our number one goal,” said Chief Communications Strategist Hannah Cook. “The app makes direct communication and public services more accessible to residents providing a more efficient path to essential resources from anywhere on any device.”

Rather than navigating to coppelltx.gov on a web browser, residents can download the app to their smartphone or tablet to find the city services they use the most online. Popular features and services are streamlined into a compact view for easy and efficient access — no searching, scrolling or bookmarking required.

“We’re excited to offer our residents one more way to stay connected with the City of Coppell,” Cook said.

The City of Coppell app is available now! Visit the App Store or Google Play to download it to your smartphone or tablet and start streamlining your experience today.
