[ARCHIVED] City of Coppell Introduces Improved Agendas & Minutes Webpage

Coppell’s City Secretary’s Office has made a few changes to its webpages on coppelltx.gov allowing residents to find all City Council related items in one place.

The Agendas & Minutes webpage now provides a one stop shop for those looking to view agendas, find out information on how to participate in public meetings as well as live stream meetings remotely and view past recordings.

This page was formerly a link to a meetings calendar housed on Legistar.com, which can now be accessed by clicking on the “Public Meeting Information Center” link on the Agendas & Minutes webpage. The tabs along the top of the Legistar Calendar were also edited to improve access and functionality.

“The Agendas & Minutes page will no longer be just a link to the Legistar Calendar, but a page centralizing all meeting information and resources for City Council and Boards & Commissions,” said Deputy City Secretary Sara Egan. “We hope this improved page will be a valuable tool for our residents.”

Residents are likely most familiar with the coppelltx.gov/meetings URL, which also redirects to the Agendas & Minutes page. It was formerly a link to the “Live Meetings & Archives” page on Legistar.com. This former page can now be accessed via the “Public Meeting Information Center” link, then selecting the “Video Archive” tab. It can also be found by going to the “I Want To… “ tab on the Coppell homepage, then clicking on the “Watch Public Meetings” link under the “Stay Connected” section.

Visit the Agendas & Minutes webpage to explore these changes and learn more about public meetings. If you have questions, please contact the City Secretary’s Office at 972-304-3669.
