Customers can continue to pay bills through bankdrafts, via the City's web portal, by mail, by phone, and in person! The kiosk accepts cash, checkand credit and debit card payments. We always continue to look for ways to better serve ourcustomers by providing citizens with a variety of options to suit their individual needs.

No, the kiosk is not a drop box, but you canpay via check into the kiosk. To do so, checks cannot be in an envelope and users must followon-screen prompts. The kiosk also accepts cash and credit or debit cards. If you would like todrop off a check in person, please come into Town Center and visit our Utility Billing window.

Since March of 2020, the City has made every effort to keepresidents and staff safe. In evaluating the drop box, staff determined that a kiosk would be moreconvenient, secure, and streamlined.
The kiosk was funded through the CARES Act. After evaluation, itwas determined that the kiosk would provide a convenient, secure, and streamlined paymentoption for residents while also reducing direct interaction between staff and customers. Read more about the CARES Act.
Yes! The kiosk is optional, andresidents may come in and pay in person during regular business hours. We enjoy saying ‘hi’ andseeing customers!
The kiosk does not give change. Instead, itwill credit the total amount paid to the account for future use.
Customers may pay whatever amount theywould like. The kiosk will prompt users to enter their preferred amount if they would like to paya different amount than what is listed on their bill.
