The contact person is responsible for communicating program information to all visiting participants.
All activities are about 60 minutes in duration and can accommodate up to 20 scouts. Activities are facilitated by BEC staff or trained volunteers, and a minimum number of troop chaperones is required (at least 1 chaperone per 10 scouts).
The requested date must be at least 30 days prior to the requested event date.
Facilitated group activities are available to local Scout troops at a discounted rate of $60 per 60-minute activity. Only one badge activity may be selected per reservation.
BEC staff will email a confirmation and further instructions when the request is received. Program times and activities may be limited by staff/trained volunteer availability. If a sufficient number of facilitators is not secured within 2 weeks of the scheduled program date, you will be notified to consider alternatives. Please notify BEC staff as soon as possible of program changes or cancellations.
Payment must be received within 2 weeks of the program request confirmation or at least 4 weeks prior to the request program date, whichever is sooner, and is non-refundable.
