Cabana Rates
Cabana rentals are $25 per hour for Coppell residents and $35 per hour for non-residents.
Party Guest Pricing
Pool entrance fees must be paid in addition to the cabana rental cost. For Coppell Residents, attendees are $4 each for up to 10 swimmers, and $3 each for 11+. Non-residents add $2 per swimmer to prices listed above.

The document must contain the Endorsement page, which is the second page of the insurance document. This document must be submitted 2 days prior to the rental or the permit may be subject to cancellation.

The information requested on the Cabana Rental Application will be used to determine approval for your facility request. Submitting an application request DOES NOT guarantee approval. Your request is NOT finalized until you have submitted the completed application and paid all associated fees. Additional information, documentation, permits and fees may be required based on requested activities. Equipment/Vendor Requests are not permitted on site until requested information, documentation, permits, liability insurance/endorsements have been submitted and approved.
Any misrepresentation in this application or deviation from the final approved conditions may result in the immediate revocation of the approval, the halting of the reservation and possible loss of ability to host future events.
By signing below, you are agreeing to adhere to the rules outlined in the General Park Rules/Code of Ordinances/State Laws. You understand that failure to comply may result in denial of any subsequent use of facilities and/or termination of the rental agreement. You also understand that Coppell Parks and Recreation reserves the right to terminate a rental during the activity if conditions so warrant.
