Applicants may add indoor pool usage to their rental request. Pool entrance fees must be paid in addition to rental costs. For Coppell Residents, attendees are $4 each for the first 10 swimmers, and $3 each for 11+. Non-residents add $2 per swimmer to prices listed above.

Gymnasium rental availability is dependent on scheduled gymnasium programming.

The document must contain the Endorsement page, which is the second page of the insurance document. This document must be submitted 2 days prior to the rental or the permit may be subject to cancellation.

The information requested on the Cabana Rental Application will be used to determine approval for your facility request. Submitting an application request DOES NOT guarantee approval. Your request is NOT finalized until you have submitted the completed application and paid all associated fees. Additional information, documentation, permits and fees may be required based on requested activities. Equipment/Vendor Requests are not permitted on site until requested information, documentation, permits, liability insurance/endorsements have been submitted and approved.
Any misrepresentation in this application or deviation from the final approved conditions may result in the immediate revocation of the approval, the halting of the reservation and possible loss of ability to host future events.
