Wagon Wheel Tennis and Pickleball Center operates on a first-come first-served basis for team court rental with returning teams receiving priority over new teams wishing to utilize the center.
For the Spring 2022 season, depending on scheduling the center will use any pickleball courts available. As pickleball has grown in popularity, there may be additional teams this season and not all pickleball matched will be on dedicated pickleball courts.
Effort will be made to provide equitable usage of the dedicated pickleball courts for league play.
Wagon Wheel Tennis and Pickleball Center can provide pickleballs for league play if needed, Please contact the Center regarding need and preferences.
Court times will be provided for each team (based on the schedule provided by the league coordinator). Courts can only be assigned by WWTPBC Manager, Eric Clay.
If available, teams are allowed a 30 minute warm-up, 2-hour maximum for matches.
Early round matches:please begin matches promptly at designated start times as matches must end by the 2-hour limit. If courts are available, we will accommodate the early team finishing at WWTC. If courts are not available, please remember the captain is responsible to have alternate courts lined up and reserved for teams.
WWTPBC staff recognizes that issues may arise from time to time and we will work with you to resolve those issues to the best of our ability.
