About: CPR AED is an instructor-led course that teaches critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency situation until emergency medical services arrives. Skills covered in this course include first aid, choking relief, and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.

In this class for K-5th Graders, students will learn about how to be safe in the summer sun and when finding relief in the water. More details on the event page!

In this class for Pre-Kindergarteners, students will read a safety book aloud together with a public safety official, while discussing the topics described in the book along the way. The Police Department will be presenting a Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) training, which was designed by Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT). Coppell PD presenters are ALERRT Certified Instructors.

City Council meetings are regularly held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 pm, unless otherwise specified. Special meetings are held as needed.

The FOARD Task Force meetings are regularly held on the second Wednesday of each month, at 6:30 pm. Agendas are available 72 hours prior to the meeting date.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are regularly held on the third Thursday of each month, at 6 pm.
