The City Council convenes for an executive session, which is closed to the public, at 5:30 PM. Upon completion of executive business, Council immediately enters into a public work session. The work session start time varies with the length of executive session discussions. At 7:30 PM, the official City Council meeting begins. If needed, Council may reconvene into an executive or work session if the discussion of these items was not completed prior to the City Council meeting.

City Council meetings are regularly held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 pm, unless otherwise specified. Special meetings are held as needed.
City Council meetings are regularly held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 pm (except for June, November, and December, where there are no meetings on the 4th Tuesday) in the Council Chambers at Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard. Special meetings are held as needed. Council Agendas are available 72 hours prior to a meeting.
